Blaze won't sync

Blaze is not syncing my workouts. For some reason I'm not seeing the 'Bluetooth' option in the settings any longer. Help!

If you are having issues syncing your Blaze, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
