Pilot error ... bluetooth was some how turned off on fitbit

The device keeps shutting off like it has no power but it’s charged. I know it’s because of all the sweat. It won’t stay on.
can you replace, I utilize my Fitbit a lot. Something is wrong with it.

Having same problem. My best guest is it's a pile of crap.
Want by another one will be going to apple watch.
I am free of this BS. Never get a answer from manufacture.
Just like last time when the charger quit and I have to buy after market.
