I have owned a Fitbit product for just short of 6 years. I hate my Blaze. Never had issues with any other version of Fitbit. It was suggested that its more of an App issues with my phone. I've always had an Android phone, never had an issue with syncing data before I purchased. I hate the Blaze.

Have you checked if your phone is in our list of compatible mobile devices? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
