Blaze won't sync

Blaze will not sync. Device not found. Although Blaze did sync this morning first thing and logged first 762 steps. It logged 3 flights of stairs this morning but has not tracked the last 7 flights. 

Nothing in app is updating now, all stats back to 0. 
blaze was fully charged last night. 
any suggestions?

This has been on ongoing problem for past few weeks but will normally sync up within 10-20 attempts. Not today.
