Blaze won't turn on

This morning my Fitbit Blaze was 17 minutes behind on time. I went to settings and shut it down to reset. Now, I can't turn it back on ... It was charged a good bit before I turned it off. When I put it in the charger this morning, the charging battery doesn't even light up. I haven't even had it a year.

 

Praying its something fixable.

I am sorry to hear that your Blaze won't turn on. I would like to know if you have tried to restart it? If you haven't, I recommend restarting the tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
