Receiving "Error500"

Why won't my Fitbit Blaze Connect to my iPhone? It keeps saying "error 500", I only got it yesterday.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting it and make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you keep receiving the "Error500", please provide me with a screenshot of it by following the instructions provided in this post.
