Just got my Blaze today. Tried to update it via my android phone, but it tells me it has failed after about 1 hour. It won't let me try again, because the battery is to low. Doesn't seem like it charges connected to any of my computers. About to throw it at the wall if it doesn't work soon.
Also tried to update with a computer, but it fails here as well.

@Bridges Have you tried restarting your Blaze? That might help.

I'd suggest reaching out to Customer Support if your Blaze still isn't charging so they can take a closer look.

Some people have reported problems charging from the usb port on the pc, amd found their pgone charger works . As for a charging indicator on a non setup Blaze, there isn't one, when toy try and set it up the aop will read the battery condition and report if liw.

I contacted them, and got some help. After a number of resets and so on; it is working! 😄 Thank you for your help anyways 🙂
