Blaze won't update

Hello,

I haven't synced my Blaze since October of last year. Now, I have turned it on and have on several attempts tried to update the tracker. I've tried to restart the device/app, restart the phone, uninstall the app and reinstall...I feel like I've tried everything. It gets to about 50% then just stops, and says "Update Tracker" which is pretty frustrating as that's what I'm trying to do. its version 8.301.7

Any help here would be appreciated, as I'm getting tired of troubleshooting.

Hey there @BShockey! Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I can recommend two things here, the first one would be for you to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, try to update it again.

If restarting doesn't work, you can try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem. After that, you can attempt to update it and see how it goes.

Do you have a pink button that says "Update Available" in the Account section?

Let me know how it goes!
