Hi, I am on iOS 10.2.1. Received software update notification today. The update has been downloaded, but the progress bar on the Blaze has been stuck at about 30% for the last half hour or so

Important to mention however that a WARNING sign appears on the Blaze at the time of the bluetooth link cut off

Thanks for getting back @AmitKFit!
If you're having problems syncing your tracker, have you tried by any chance to restart it? You can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and refresh the bluetooth connection. Also, rebooting your phone can help or just turning the bluetooth off and back on.
Try to sync it after the restart and let me know how it goes!
