Blaze won't vibrate

I just got my Blaze today and was really excited but it won't vibrate at all. I tried restarting it numerous times, both ways. I set silent alarms and it doesn't even vibrate for those.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Please confirm these are the steps you followed in order to restart your tracker:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Yes, that's exactly what I did. I also went into the settings on the blaze itself and restarted it that way. Nothing has worked.
