I recently received a blaze as a gift. I can't get it to charge enough to get through the update process. I've tried two different wall chargers and 3 different USB ports on my PC. The fitbit app in windows seems to register the tracker, but the tracker still will not charge.
Fitbit chat was useless as they just tell me to return the watch. Anybody else have any info?

Welcome to the forums!
If you just received it as a gift then I have to agree with support return where ever it was gotten and exchange it
You can try these steps but I suspect that unit is faulty
Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

I just bought mine today. It won't charge either. It does not have enough juice to get through the set-up but won't charge. So frustrating

Hey @AnaheraWA0811 and @scott2455 welcome to the Community and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are your trackers working properly after following those steps? If you haven't tried them, please do.
Let me know the outcome.
