Why won't my fitbit blaze sync with the app on my phone? It was fine yesterday

press the left "home" button and swipe over to "settings", scroll up to shutdown. Shutdown.
Press the left "home" button again to turn on, will it sync? Touch and pull down on your mobile fitbit screen to force a sync. If no:
Restart your mobile. Launch the fitbit App and touch and pull down on the screen to for a sync. If no:
Press and hold the left home button and lower right select button at the same time on your Blaze to reset it. It'll vibrate to indicate it reset. Touch and pull down on your mobile fitbit screen to force a sync.
If no: Open preferences on your mobile and be sure bluetooth is turned on and it sees your tracker, If no, turn bluetooth off and then back on. If still not seeing your tracker, Contact customer service chat and let them know what you've tried.
