Blaze wont turn on

I haven't used my blaze for a while so I tried charging it.I charged it for about 3hours until the battery was indicated to be full . As soon as I took off the tracker from the charger the screen went blank and won't turn on so I need some assistance to switch it on.

It's great to welcome you @BtsandRV. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After these steps, it should illuminate.
