Hi. I hope someone can help!  I got my son a blaze for his 12th birthday. Tried to set him up on the app and after I entered his date of birth it says he’s ineligible for an account! I can’t now go back and change his dob!! I didn’t know they had to be 13 to have one!!!! Please can someone help?? 🤞🏼🙏🏻

Federal law prohibits social medial from allowing anyone under the age of 13 to join. As Fitbit has social media components they have to adhere to this law.
