Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide for this issue. Check it out at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1582/

 

If that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of the help file, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
