Doesn't go into sleep mode

Once I have taken my blaze off the green lights are constantly on, it doesn't go into sleep mode, causing the battery to run down far quicker than it should and I then have to put it in a drawer to stop it illuminating the bedroom, how can this be fixed please?

Hi, did you check you heart rate setting? On would leave the lights running at all times. Auto would shut the lights off when not wearing it. If it's working properly.

Excellent, it was set to on, unsure what's happened there as it used to be
in auto mode.
