Bluetooth drops out randomly during run

Hi,

I have had a Blaze for over two years.I do runs and log GPS data via bluetooth from my phone (Sony Experia L1). This has worked until the last week when the bluetooth connection will drop randomly so GPS connection is lost. On the fitbit, the bluetooth connection will start ok but then drop randomly with the phone symbol top-right showing '--' and no attempts to reconnect.

Any ideas how to fix?

Thanks

Hey there @Jeffersonnash. Good to see you around! 🙂

I'd like to know if you have noticed bluetooth connections to other devices having the same problem... If so, this could indicate that there is a problem with your phone. Now, if this only happens with your tracker, you can try going to your phone's settings, go to bluetooth settings and here, look for the connected devices. You will find the Blaze. Tap on it, choose the option that says "Forget this device" and then try to set up your tracker as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know how it goes!
