Sleep tracking accuracy

I have recently purchased a Fitbit blaze and was very interested in the sleep function but I'm wondering if it is inaccurate as it is claiming I am awake for 1 or more hours in the middle of the night when I don't recall waking up once

Hi there @SidMcDermott. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I would say that sounds within what you would expect from your sleep. Each night, you wake up but this doesn't necessarily mean that you're conscious. This is when you turn around, fix your blanket, change position, etc that per period doesn't last very much, that's why you don't realize you're awake but if you sum it all up, will give you this total. I get about 47 minutes to even an hour and a half each night. So you don't have to worry about this, it sounds like your tracker is working just fine.

If you have more questions, let me know. I'll be happy to help!
