I can sync my blaze to my phone but when I look in the setting the blaze has bluetooth classic off - how can it even sync if it off? Or what does it mean when it says off? Sometimes I have noticed is on and other times the bluetooth option doesnt show up ... it is really messed up

Hello @xTorey your tracker uses the Bluetooth Low Energy to sync, not Bluetooth classic. 

Bluetooth classic is only used for music control on Andriod and windows phone. Ios devices dont use it at all.
