My blaze is not connecting to my phone. It drops out from time to time but this morning it will not connect at all. I have tried pairing via blaze classic also but I get the message ‘connection is unsuccessful make sure blaze is turned on and in range’. The blaze is on and about 6 inches away from my phone???

Hi,
i have an iPhone 6. I’ve managed to pair it now. I had to go into the app and select notifications, I got the message that the watch needed pairing, done so from there and it worked. 🤞

Have you tried resetting your blaze? I have to do this every single day in order for it to sync with my Galaxy S7.
