I've had my Blaze for a few days and I'm wondering if it's even worth keeping. It either doesn't track steps at all, or it tracks 15,000 steps while sitting on my night stand (not an exaggeration). Every troubleshooting suggestions thread on this website and Youtube have not helped fix the problem. I've tried wearing the Blaze on one wrist and my husband's Gear S2 on the other and the results are hilariously off. 100 steps on the Gear S2 reads as 0 steps on my Blaze. Then I took the Blaze off, set it down, and it registered 2,107 steps while sitting there.
Is there really no factory reset option to try and fix this thing?
