Hey there @LaceyAnnS. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to control your music properly...
First, I'd recommend checking that the phone that you're using is a compatible device. You may see the list of compatible devices here.
Once you've confirmed that your device is fully compatible, I'd recommend going to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. If you're using an iOS device, it should only appear as Blaze, tap on it and hit the "Forget this device" option. If it's an Android device, it should appear as "Blaze Classic" and do the same.
After that, on an iOS device, go to the app, tap on the icon of the Blaze at the top right corner and then enable the notifications and it should automatically connect to your music. On an Android device, go to the last screen on your Blaze, access the settings, look for the Bluetooth option and Make sure that Blaze Classic is in Pair mode. Go to your phone and in the Bluetooth settings, connect to it and it should all work fine from there.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help! 🙂
