I've reset it. Deleted app and reinstalled. Followed the help document to no luck. Previously it stopped syncing and I had to delete it from Bluetooth and shut it down to get it to reconnect after 3 times. It's been syncing fine now just notifications are passing through.

uninstalling didn't help either.
