Welcome to the forums @tendingsunshine
Here is the Blaze Help area, with the owner manual and related help articles. click to go there
To do a factory reset of the device, click here. One of the members got instuctions on how to do it from customer support.
You may still see burned calories, but that's normal and it won't hurt your step statistics.
Keep on stepping!

Hello @tendingsunshine welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here 🙂 The information is not stored on the tracker, once you set up the Blaze to your account all the information will be transferred to your account every time you sync. Steps and other data will reset to zero at midnight. Please note that there is no factory reset for the Blaze the process on the article shared by @Odyssey13 is the regular restart process and it won't delete any of the information.
Keep me posted! 🙂

I have a Blaze, and i accidentaly deleted it from my account. Now, I am trying to add it back, and for some reason my phone cannot find my Blaze. I thought of factory reseting it, but I don't know how to. Does anyone have a better option or can you tell me how to reset my fitbit. And I have checked all the related articles in this page and still couldn't find anything.

Hello @SaiNarimetla welcome to the Fitbit Community! if you are still experiencing issues with your Blaze, I would recommend to restart your tracker and your phone then try to set up as new device.
Hope this helps! 🙂
