Hello,
I have just unboxed my brand new Fitbit Blaze but I cannot get it working.
At first I assumed it was out of battery since I could not start it. I put it on charge for an hour but it did not help, furthermore, while charging it did not show any battery bar or anything. While charging you can seed the screen lights are on but that is about it.
I have tried hard reset but although you hold left and bottom right button for 20+ seconds - nothing happens. Screen even do not flash.
Any advice?

I purchased my fitbit blaze today and have the same problem. I called for support and was advised of two options: (1) they will send me a new charger, or (2) return to store where purchased for refund or another device. Their only suggestion to "fix" was to turn off the phone and try again, which we did to no avail.

Thank you for prompt replay.
I contacted the support as well and got pretty much the same options - return to the retailer or directly to them. I will ship item to Fitbit directly to get a new item 🙂
