One of the buttons on my Fitbit blaze broke off and I checked the website to see if they sold just the frame but didn't have much success. I checked on Amazon but to my knowledge they are different brands or not from the Fitbit company. Can someone help? Thanks

Welcome to the forums @SunsetRunner
If you're within the one year warranty and it was purchased from an authorized retailer, contact customer support at this link - click
There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.
There are always knock off products on the internet, but it's best to use the authentic parts to keep your warranty in effect.
Keep us informed.
