Heart rate not being tracked

My Blaze has not been picking up my heart rate during a workout if it does pick it up it shows an inacurate rate for the workout im doing batery is fully charged

A warm welcome to the Community @Shad695. If your Blaze is not registering your heart rate information, I recommend restarting your tracker and test it during the day. Also, you can check our What should I know about my heart rate data? article where you will be able to find some steps to improve this feature.
