Hi there @Malaka, great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry about this inconvenience with your Fitbit Blaze. Now, however, since you're out of warranty, a replacement will not be possible. If you have any problem when it comes to factory defects, our Team will be happy to replace your product as many times as needed within the warranty but out of it, that will not be an option.
If you'd like to see more options, feel free to get back to the person who was helping you out via email and they will be happy to see if there's anything else that can be done.
Anything else, I'm always around!

I guess because the Fitbit blaze is no longer available it's just bad luck and there's no assistance whatsoever?
