Broken screen Blaze

Had the Blaze fitbit for one week. I was working in my yard and noticed the screen was cracked. I had the Charge HR and had no trouble. Is this screen made of different material? The warranty doesn't cover the screen, disappointing.

The Charge HR's screen is some type of plastic, while the Blaze Gorilla Glass version 3, Im not sure why 3 was chosen over version 4.

Wow!, Really? Where did that comment come from. Poor quality?  Really? Many phones on the market are still being manufactured with Gorilla Glass 3

 

I know several people  that have had their Surge for 30 months and their screens still look brand new. My 14 month old Blaze, my favorite model, still is like nee.
