Broken screen

Hi there, I've unfortunately fell over today, and I'm looking to replace the screen. Is this possible? I'm in the U.K.

For some of the fitbit models i have seen screen and battery replacement videos, it's messy, but as for as Fitbit says it is not possible.

Hi there!

Thank you for your reply. I have not contacted the support team as of yet, due to the damage being totally my fault as I tripped and broke the screen.

I will be in touch with them shortly if I cannot find a solution to see if they have a solution.
