I use my Fitbit Blaze everyday and take it off at night. This morning I woke up to what seems like a burn blister on the corner of the LED sensor. The area was red and very sore to the touch last night. Has anyone else had this problem?

A small percentage of people have sensitivities to metal, any kind of metal, and the contacts on the trackers. You are doing exactly the right thing by removing it. Short of placing a piece of tape over the sensor and contacts and removing it to charge, I can't offer a solution.

@SunsetRunner ive had it since January 2017 and this is the first time it's happened so I think it's unlikely to be sensitivity to metal

It's possible a combination of sweat and wearing it a little tight may have caused it. Stop wearing it until your skin clears, clean the back with an alcohol swab and try wearing it a little loser. Activity during the day could have caused it to tighten and press harder against the skin. Also look for any slight damage around the sensors.
