Buttons broken? I fixed mine today!

So, I contacted support and got the pat answer of a percentage off, sorry your stuff broke.  I really take issue with this, as this is the second type of tracker I have gotten and the second time it crapped out on me.

So, I decided since it was "broken", I was going to get a look inside.  I used a small screwdriver from en eyeglass repair kit and the first two pictures are what it looked like when it was open.  That small piece was detached from the "works".  I simply pressed it down and I could feel it snap into place. 

BAM - it works!

Pictures 1 and 2 are two different views before I fixed it.  3 is when it was done.
