Buttons do not work on blaze

I have nothing displayed on my blaze but it is still tracking my steps and heartbeat.  I want to try to reset it, but the buttons don't work.  Is there another way to reset through app?

I ended up calling customer service and they replaced my Fitbit

I tried this and it does not resolve my problem.  Is there another work around?  Please advise.

My buttons all just stopped working too. The unit is clean. Reseting did not work. Can someone from support contact me with a fix? Thank you.

I am currently experiencing the same issues with the left button on the Blaze.  I have followed all troubleshooting, but nothing is working.  What are the next steps in solving the issue?  Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Unfortunately, I have not gotten ANY response from Fitbit.  I did, however, discover that by alternating between *holding down* the left and right bottom buttons (together ~ 15 secs) and the left and right top buttons (together ~ 15 secs), that it'll revert back to the menu selection. From there, you can swipe left or right to get where you need to be.

 

Frustrating, I know...

They gave me 25% on a newer model so I bought a new charge 3

I contacted support and their solution was to buy a new one I've spent more than $600 on Fitbit devices. I'm not about to spend another $150 after this one breaks in less than a year.

Left side single button when pressed does alter the blaze watch and bring up the clock display.. All other functions work, clock display can be changed from the App and displays but then goes off for power saving, I cannot recall the screen. Button is clear of dirt. All other functions operate.

Thank you! Only thing that worked for me in this thread... My buttons still don't work, but at least I'm not stuck in a submenu anymore...
