The left and bottom right side buttons are not responding. The screen does not swipe and it will only go back to the clock face while in the charger.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Northcoast! I'm sorry for the late response.
Regarding to the inconveniences you are having with your Blaze buttons, keep in mind that you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
If cleaning the buttons don't work, I'd recommend leaving the tracker to drain the battery and once it's dead, put it to charge, this will make your tracker to go to the main screen and from there, you can see if the buttons work or not.
