Calls notifications delay

My Fitbit Blaze only alerts me to phone calls 5 minutes after I've missed the call. This is extremely unhelpful. I have tried all other suggested tips of restarting phone, turning Bluetooth off and on. I really need notifications for texts and phone calls.

A warm welcome to the Community @Shan09.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have verified if your Fitbit app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the How do I update the Fitbit app for Android? post and follow the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

I updated the app and it is now worse than before. I now don't get any notifications at all. I don't just mean it doesn't vibrate, I mean that even if I check notifications it says "All Caught up up! No notifications". I look at my phone and have 2 kissed called and 5 messages. I have done all the usual tips for syncing such as turning Bluetooth off and restarting phone. What now?

Thanks for the update @Shan09. If you stopped receiving notifications, I suggest following the steps provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post.

Let me know how it goes. Man Happy
