Calorie Allowance Not Adjusting After Exercising

Hi everyone!

I noticed that lately, my calorie allowance has not changed after working out.  For example, I ate 1300 of 1500 calories, leaving 200 in my allowance.  Then I worked out and burned 200 calories at the gym.  Shouldn't my allowance now be 400 calories?  My husband's app is adjusting after he works out, but mine isn't... I've tried everything I can think of and it hasn't worked.  It used to adjust but now isn't.  I've already logged out and back in, deleted and reinstalled the app, disconnected and reconnected to MyFitnessPal...any other suggestions would be great.  It's driving me crazy!

I've figured it out!  I didn't have an option selected in my food plan for some reason.  It must have gotten messed up when I switched from the Alta to the Blaze this weekend.  It's fixed now!

If you go to your Nutrition Goal settings, you have to choose a goal that Fitbit "helps" you set. If you manually set the specific number of calories you want to allow yourself, your caloric allowance will not adjust with exercise. If you select that you always want to be, for example, 250 calories lower than what you burn, your allowance will adjust with the amount of activity you do.
