Don't understand how I'm over budget someone help??

Hi there @Kitkat0895. Good to see you in the Community Forums!

 

For what the screenshot shows, it seems you're burning more calories than the ones you eat buuut the math doesn't make much sense there.

 

I would suggest checking your personal settings and make sure your personal info has been entered correctly and that you're logging all your food and using your tracker at all time so that the estimation of the calories eaten and the calories burned can be calculated without any problem.

 

Keep an eye on it for the next few days and see how it works.

Same issue. 1378 calories in, 2263 calories out, 71 calories over your budget.

If I have it set to harder - to lose 2 lbs. per week and it says somewhere that I need 1,000 calories. 

what is the range that I need to stay "in the zone" Or do I have to have exactly 1000 calories left at the end of the day?
