Calories not tracking/resetting

My blaze was doing fine before. It’s been so helpful in my weight loss journey. But for the past two days, the calories are not being tracked any longer. Yesterday I was at 1,800 burned then it reset to 650. Today I was at 800 then it reset to 130.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have reset my watch. I have added the blaze to my Fitbit app again. I have updated the app. Not sure what else to Do! But the calorie tracking isn’t a major reason I got a Fitbit. I need this to work for my weight loss. Any other ideas?

A warm welcome to the Community @Daniellexo3!It is great to hear you have enjoyed the benefits our products have to offer and I'll be glad to help you with your calories showing incorrectly.

Thank you for your efforts to troubleshoot this. I could see that you got in touch with our support team about this and that they were able to help you. In these cases what I've seen in the Community having the correct personal information like weight and height has resolved it.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Happy stepping!
