Hello,
i mentioned yesterday about my calories seeming too high, yet the info I got seemed logical, however today it says I’ve burned 1500+ yet I’ve been sat down in a meeting for 5hrs of the day! It just seems too high!?
Thanks

It's great to have you here @EMS394! I've noticed some of our councils have replied to you in this thread, regarding the calories burned that you have for each day. Just as mentioned before, the calories burned that you'll have for the whole day are based in the personal information that you entered when you created your account plus each day's activity that you're doing.
Please reply to the following questions:
- How many calories burned you have for the whole day?
- How many you have at the beginning of the day?
- How much exercise you do during the day?
- Are you receiving the same total amount of calories burned each day?

Best AnswerMy Blaze overestimates caloric expenditure by about 25%. I posted about it last night.
