Everything on my Fitbit Blaze resets at midnight except the calories. I woke up to my Fitbit saying I had already burned 4000 calories with my steps at 0. Tried resetting it a couple times but that didn't do anything. Help!

A warm welcome to the Community @Kduplessis.
The value that you see on your tracker when you wake up in the morning is your estimated calorie burn for the day so far. You still burn calories even if you have been sedentary or were sleeping. We estimate your calorie burn based on your age, gender, height and weight.
I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else. ![]()
