Can not restart or get clockface

My Fitbit will not get off the daily stats update. I can not restart it -  I have tried a lot held buttons for more than 2mins but nothing happens. It's as if the left button doesn't work so I can't go back and therefore I can't swipe left and right either.... a bit annoying as I can't use it to monitor any exercise... please help

@SophiewithBlaze  To restart the Blaze, you press and hold the left and lower right buttons together until it comes up with the Fitbit logo.

Have you tried that combination of button holding?  Does your tracker sync to your device still?  (Not sure what device you are using to sync to.).   Another thing to double check is to make sure it is in the band correctly.  It can be mistakenly inserted wrong too.

Hope that may help~

I literally had this happen today to my Blaze, exactly as you described . Thank you Kelly for your response, I restarted the blaze and everything is back to normal.

@SophiewithBlaze, as per what @Rich_Laue suggested, can you try popping the Blaze out of the watch frame and then putting it back in again, making sure it is the right way around and that it clicks in snugly?

Then try the restart procedure of holding left and bottom right button.
