Underestimating active minutes

So, I switched from a Charge 2 to a Blaze. I love everything about it EXCEPT it doesn't track active minutes correctly.

I used a Charge HR for a couple years, then a Charge 2 since December. I bought my Blaze 14 days ago, and am noticing very few active minutes compared to my other FitBit's.

is this "fixable"?

Because I want my active minutes to be accurate.

Thank You in advance!

btw- I understand how the active minutes are calculated.

I DON'T understand why switching trackers would change my active minutes unless it's faulty or needs "fixed".

again, thank you!

I'm kind of wondering myself if there is an issue with the active minutes.  My Blaze was working, but lately, it's stopping after a certain time.  Is anyone else having this issue?
