just recd a blaze for Christmas. When I try to connect to my phone via Bluetooth so I can control my music, my phone keeps saying that my blaze 'declined' my pairing request. Anyone have advice?

Hi, @DMALD, you must always pair your Blaze via the Fitbit app and not directly via your phone's Bluetooth, and I expect that is why you are getting this error message.

Thanks. I'm synced via the app to the phone, but instructions say that I
need to pair and connect via the phones Bluetooth if I want to get
notifications and to control my music.

@DMALD, that is correct.  You do need to pair, but it must be done via the Fitbit app.

If you go in to the app and turn on notifications it should ask if you want to pair your Fitbit.

I just received the blaze for Christmas too after having the charge. Never had an issue with the charge but starting last night my blaze does not work. Battery died within a day. Been charging for 2 hours and Fitbit app still shows its “looking”. Bluetooth on my phone is on and when I try to connect it tells me to make sure my blaze is in reach or turned on
