The screen just shows fitbit.com/setup, when trying to setup i enter the four digits then the PC cannot find the tracker and says try again.

I am sorry for the delay in respond. I would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your Blaze? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
