Can't paired my Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been trying to set up my Fitbit blaze now for a few hours, and I'm stuck on a screen in the set up and it won't let me past it. My iPhone is connected to the device and it is in range, and I have turned both devices on and off multiple times, as well as turning on and off Bluetooth settings and repairing them. Help help help!!!

Its stuck on the page of the set up where it says "not working?" And gives you options As to how to reconnect the device.

Have you tried reseting your device yet by holding in the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds?  You should see the logo and then you can let go.  Try this 2 or 3 times.

I have also had luck in uninstalling the app, powering down my phone, and reinstalling the app and going through the setup process fresh.

Also, if you have any other Fitbit devices in the house, get them far away.  Like really far away.

@Carolynab13 the not working message is in response to a page that is not doing what it should.

It is the page in question   is the one showing before the not woking pops up

Are there any other devices nearby which have bluetooth?  Such as ipads?  If you do, please turn the bluetooth off or turn the device off.

Are you setting up on an apple device, android or pc?

A warm welcome to the Community @Carolynab13, for troubleshooting this by yourself, @Jrdubyakc@Rich_Laue and @kawaiiko for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Blaze? If you do, as suggested, please restart your Blaze and confirm you are doing the following to setup your tracker from your iOS device:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Remember to turn on the bluetooth in order to set it up and to do it from the Fitbit app.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
