Can’t receive text messages on Blaze

My Blaze won’t receive text message notifications. It receives calls and Facebook and all other notifications, but not text messages. I have iPhone 6+. Taken back to store and received new one as they thought it was a fault, but new one is the same. Please help

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues receiving text notifications, I recommend verifying that your notification settings are correctly configured on the iPhone for the following apps:

  1. The Fitbit App
  2. Phone
  3. Messages (text)
  4. Calendar 
  5. 3rd Party Apps

If this issue persists, provide me with a screenshot of the notifications settings for the messages app by following the instructions provided in this post.
