Can't setup my blaze

I just got my fitbit blaze and can't get it to setup.  It is only showing the fitbit logo and doesn't even show the fitbit.com/setup like all the threads say it should have.  When I try to set it up, my app says it sent the code to the blaze.  My blaze vibrates, but it only shows logo and nothing else.

Hi guys, good to see you in the Forums @akirts6 @SunsetRunner! 🙂

@akirts6, I would recommend restarting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds, This will make it to reboot and then you can try again and see if this makes any difference.

I had already tried all of the options in the article and the message boards. It turns out my blaze was defective and I had to return it.
