Can’t sync/ Can’t pair

My blaze has aways had difficulty syncing particularly after a time zone change. Usually I can manually sync, but now I can’t sync at all. I have followed all the recommendations, but nothing is working.

I am also having trouble with my Blaze syncing, especially a problem after charging I had to unpair and pair again this morning to get it to sync then this evening found out it stopped sinking again 4 hours later and had to manually sink again to catch it up I haven't even been using this device for 2 years, I am not using an  iphone I am using a Samsung and I feel like this is a fail! I am not sure I can recommend a Fit Bit device.....The fact that NO ONE from your company response to these doesn't make matters better...
