Can't sync my Blaze

I tried it too, and I did it over and over again for half an hour! Nothing happened! It still says: "Go to fitbit.com/setup" or whatever. It's so annoying!

Welcome to the Community @Donkeyblaze. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend verifying that your tracker is paired, if it is not follow the Setup Procedure. If it is already paired, follow the Syncing Troubleshoot.

I can't synchronize my Blaze to PC (Windows7). It wants a dongle to be connected, but I read on the fitbit.com that it should synchronize by USB cable. I connect it by the cable, but it's the same situation. Is it possible to resolve this problem?
