Cannot get music control to work

I've tried re-pairing device and going to settings on my blaze as suggested in other posts. When in settings it advises you to go to Bluetooth and that option never shows up. My iPhone 6s has it paired. What else do I do?

A warm welcome to the Community @Kristyroxx. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your music control feature is not working, I recommned doing the following:

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure to select Blaze. If you no longer see your tracker yon the list, you need to set it up music control again.
  2. Confirm that your mobile device is within about 20 feet of your Blaze.
  3. In the settings on your Blaze, confirm that Bluetooth Classic is set to "Pair."
  4. Try switching Bluetooth Classic from "Pair" to something else and then back to "Pair."
  5. Restart your mobile device.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I tried all of this first. On my blaze, in settings I do not see Bluetooth or Bluetooth classic.

You won't see Bluetooth in the settings menu since Bluetooth LE is always on and you shouldn't need Bluetooth Classic with an iPhone.

What music software are you trying to control and does it take external commands?

iTunes the previous post suggested I go to settings on my device and search for Bluetooth. My phone is connected. I've disconnected and reconnected and restarted my phone. Frustrated!!!

@Kristyroxx  Make sure you have your music opened on your phone.  Must be at least running in background to be able to work, otherwise Blaze will say "NO MUSIC".

Is everything else working ok for you?
